Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

Payment and Deposits

A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Most bookings require a one-night deposit at time of reservation. Additional incidental charges are settled at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Standard reservations can be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a charge equal to one night’s stay. Special packages or peak-season bookings may follow separate terms—please review your confirmation for specifics.

Children and Extra Guests

Children are welcome. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. Additional guest charges may apply depending on room type and occupancy.

Pets

Halekulani does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.

Smoking Policy

Halekulani is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, lanais, or public areas. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.

Accessibility
